Location Information

Elk Island Retreat is located in the Heartland of Strathcona County. We are a private campground and reservations are required.

We are conveniently located about 20 minutes east of the city of Fort Saskatchewan, and about 30 minutes east of Edmonton. Go east on highway 16. Go north on range road 212 to township road 544, then east on 544 to range road 205. Turn right (south) on 205 and take the first entrance on the left (100 metres south) just as you crest the hill.The office is at the residence on the left.

Please see below for a printable map. If you have any questions about making your way to the campground feel free to contact us and we'll gladly help you get to the Retreat. Rick or Pat will be there to greet you and get you registered. They will then direct you to your site.
